Digital inputs and outputs have hidden power supplies, where the actual value of the logic high voltage is equal to the value of this hidden supply. You can edit the value of the hidden supply in the Scene properties (electronics). The minimum supply voltage is 2V; the maximum supply voltage is 15V.
